Power won the second round of the fight for the Kyiv City Council, director of the Center for Applied Political Studies "Penta" Volodymyr Fesenko told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We saw two rounds of the political "war" for the City Council. The first was in July. Then the opposition won blocking the session. This time, power won," he said.
The political analyst said that the political war will continue.
Fesenko noted that the City Council session, though short, but it passed successfully for the authorities. "They voted and showed that the City Council continues to work," he concluded.
