The Ukrainian government will allocate funds for the restoration of the apartment block in Luhansk, damaged in the explosion. The work will be completed before the start of the heating season, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said.
"We have decided to restore it before start of the heating season. The government will allocate the necessary funds from the reserve fund of the state budget," Azarov told reporters in Luhansk on Thursday.
The Prime Minister promised that the families of the victims and the victims will receive monetary compensation.
Azarov also said that the commission will verify compliance of the individual gas equipment with technical specifications of houses.
"The availability of individual gas boilers in unsuitable for them houses is a slow mine," he said.
