Number of people poisoned after the wedding has reached 46 people, including 8 children, in Ruzhynsk district of Zhytomyr region, Emergency Service department in Zhytomyr region reports.
According to the Service, at the moment three of them refused to be hospitalized, 43 people remain in the hospital.
"As of 10:30 am August 13, the number of the hospitalized increased to 46 people (including 8 children). Three of them refused to be hospitalized. So, 43 people are now in the hospital," the report says.
The condition of patients is of moderate severity. All in all 200 people were at the wedding.
The preliminary cause of poisoning is the use of low-quality food.
Representatives of the regional Sanitary and Epidemiological Service conduct a survey to identify the causes of poisoning.
