The grain exports in 2013-2014 marketing year may exceed the previously predicted indicators and reach 30 million tons due to the record harvest in Ukraine, expert and head of the analytical department of the consulting agency Maryna Kolesnyk stated.
"It all depends on the position of traders and their ability to negotiate with farmers on prices and to find markets for these products," Kolesnyk noted.
The Agriculture Ministry assured that this year, the Ukrainian traders will increase the volume of grain exports to the countries of the Middle East, North and Central Africa and Iraq.
