Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to delay the introduction of new rules for property appraisal for 3 months, justice minister Olena Lukash told journalists after the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
 
"Today, the government of Ukraine supported the proposal of the Justice Ministry and the Administration of the President and has decided to postpone the entry into force of new rules for property appraisal for 3 months. In addition, the government will allow those citizens, who have already made appraisal and have reports, use the documents during the term for which they are designed," Lukash said. 

The minister also noted that the government hopes that the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov will immediately sign the decree.
 
"In the near future, the citizens of Ukraine and notaries will be able to exercise their constitutional rights to dispose of their property," she said.
 
Lukash added that the government hopes that in 3 months the number and level of evaluators will increase significantly.
