The Central Election Commission approved the expenditure to be included in the budget request for the three budget programs in the draft state budget for 2014. According to the CEC press service, expenditures of 23.7 million UAH are planned under the budget program "Holding parliamentary elections in Ukraine".

In addition, the Commission approved the expenditure under the budget program "Subventions from the state budget to local budgets for holding election of deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local councils and village, town and city mayors" in the amount of 19 million UAH. CEC also expects 25.04 million UAH for the budget program "Operation of State Register of Voters".

As reported, having considered the relevant application, the Commission canceled the registration of the candidate for people's deputies of Ukraine in the national multi-mandate constituency Serhiy Kudlaenko included in the electoral list of a political party "Batkivshchyna" under number 81, excluding him from the said electoral list.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the CEC considered the current functioning of the State Register of Voters, the report says.
