This year, visually impaired and blind children will study in the first and the second grades using completely new Braille textbooks, education and science minister Dmytro Tabachnyk told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
The minister also showed journalists a new textbook, which, in contrast to the old one that was issued in a very large format similar to the encyclopaedia, has become much more modern and easier.
"The new generation of textbooks will be easier and much more informative. The alphabet will contain all the material," he said.
