Russia's ban on the import of Ukrainian candies is not a trade war, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Arbuzov told journalists, ForUm correspondent reports.
"There is no trade war. Now we examine this process. A group will be set up to investigate into the matter. I think we will make an official statement in 2-3 days," Arbuzov said.
