Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has congratulated President of the Republic of Liberia Ellen Johnson Sirleaf on the occasion of the national holiday, the press service of the head of state reports.
Yanukovych is confident that the cooperation between Ukraine and Liberia will continue to develop on the basis of friendship and mutual respect in the interest of two nations.
"I wish you, Your Excellency, good health and further achievements in your responsible state activities, and people of the Republic of Liberia - peace and prosperity," the congratulatory message said.
