Wi-Fi service in the Kyiv subway will be free, chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration Oleksandr Popov said in an interview with Radio Liberty.
"Tenders are being carried out now, and soon we will determine winners, who will declare about their positions. But as far as I can say now we will try to make this service free, as it will be widely used, and we would like to protect the people of Kyiv," Popov said.
