
Since the beginning of 2013, the total volume of the retail trade turnover has increased by 11.2% in Ukraine, economic development and trade minister Ihor Prasolov stated, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Since the beginning of 2013, the total volume of trade has increased by 11.2% against the same period of the previous year and reached 398 billion UAH," the minister stressed.
In addition, during 2012-2013, the budgets of business entities engaged in trade activities received 19.8 billion UAH.
He stressed that Ukraine will continue to promote trade. In particular, the country will introduce common standards for trading activities and modern technology and will ensure the quality and safety of goods.
