Ukraine plans to increase the export of poultry meat to the countries of the European Union by 50 thousand tons, agrarian policy and food minister Mykola Prysiazhniuk told a press conference, answering the question of ForUm correspondent about the changes in volume of exports after the permission to supply poultry to the EU by a number of the Ukrainian companies.
The minister stressed that there will be a reduction in imports and an increase in exports without signed agreements with the EU in the current year.
He stressed that according to the Ministry’s forecasts, the increase in exports to the EU countries would reach 50 million tons.
