Health condition of sailors, staying at a vessel, detained in Benghazi (Libya) is satisfactory, director of the information policy department of the Foreign Ministry Yevhen Perebyinis told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"They are provided with all necessary, including drinking water and food," he added.
According to Perebyinis, negotiations with the Libyan side to free the ship are continuing.
Answering a question about accusation of Libyan businessmen regarding involvement of Ukrainian vessel owner in fraud with cars, Perebyinis replied that the law enforcement bodies of Ukraine opened a criminal investigation into transportation of vehicles by ship.
