A criminal investigation is opened into the collision of the Russian border service motorboat with Ukrainian launch, killing three Ukrainians and missing one, Russian Southern Military District department informs.
The case was filed under "Violation of the rules of navigation", which provides for up to seven years in prison.
"Currently, the circumstances, contributed to commission of the crime, are clarified. Forensic examination of dead bodies is appointed," a statement reads.
