Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has appointed Oleksandr Kharchenko, who earlier led the automobile roads service in Chernihiv region, to the post of deputy head of the State Agency of Automobile Roads of Ukraine (Ukravtodor), Interfax-Ukraine informed.
Prior to this, the President dismissed Volodymyr Halushko from this post.
Yanukovych signed relevant decrees on July 19.
