Today, the club of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within the framework of the economic reforms program for 2010-2014 "Prosperous Society, Competitive Economy, Effective State", proposed by the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, hosts a signing ceremony of a memorandum on mutual cooperation in simplification of providing administrative services between the State Registration Service of Ukraine and the Ukrainian State Enterprise of Posts “Ukrposhta”.

As ForUm correspondent reports, official intent of partnership was secured by signatures by head of the State Registration Service of Ukraine Dmytro Vorona and acting director general of the "Ukrposhta" Kostyantyn Kryvenko. The signing ceremony was attended by first vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Arbuzov and justice minister Olena Lukash.

The signing of the memorandum will provide an opportunity to begin preparatory work for the launch of the project on facilitation of public access to administrative services. Start of the project is scheduled for the 4th quarter of this year. Before the end of 2013, the citizens of Ukraine will be able to gain access to administrative services of the State Registration Service of Ukraine in post offices throughout Ukraine.

A minimum core list of administrative services includes: state registration of legal entities and natural persons-entrepreneurs, apostilization of official documents, state registration of the print media and news agencies as agents of information activities, state registration of property rights to real estate and the provision of information regarding property rights to real estate.
