The Central Election Commission is ready to appoint repeated elections in constituencies, where the elected Oleksandr Dombrovski and Pavlo Baloha were deprived of deputy mandates, deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission Andriy Mahera said.
According to him, the CEC will expect from the Parliament a proper legal settlement of the issue. Mahera added that the Parliament has the right to unite in a single decree appointment of elections in all troubled constituencies, or to declare it in a separate document. He added that the main thing is not the date of the elections, but the search for a compromise, after which the results of the voting will be legitimate.
