Vice Prime Minister Yuri Boiko accounts for the reduction of trade turnover between Ukraine and Russia by global market recession.
"The fall in turnover is primarily reasoned by the recession in the European Union and the world on the whole, and it somehow has affected our relations. Our task is to restore our sectoral areas, which would help eliminate these negative effects," Boiko said on air of Channel 5.
