Korolevska demands to increase minimum wage of Ukrainians
Before the end of this year, the number of Ukrainians, who receive the minimum wage, should be reduced twice, social policy minister of Ukraine Natalia Korolevska told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

She stressed that the number of Ukrainians with the minimum wage currently amounts to 14%, which is more than one million people. "This is not a normal situation. Therefore, the Pension Fund, the Employment Fund and the State Inspectorate for Labour have a task to reduce the number of people, who now live on the minimum wage," the minister said.

In this regard, Korolevska instructed officials to negotiate with the owners of enterprises to raise wages to their staff.
