The pension system of Ukraine requires significant improvements and enhancements, social policy minister of Ukraine Natalia Korolevska told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
She reminded that several bills on pension reforming in Ukraine were adopted on July 9, 2003. After the adoption of this legislation, Korolevska specified that a three-level pension system was introduced in the country.
However, according to her, there are lots of complaints about the work of the pension system.
"Pension reform requires significant improvements. I think this is one of the main tasks of our Ministry. All the changes that we are carrying out should lead to fair pensions," the minister said.
