Resolution of the Government to tighten rules for cargo transportation by bulky transport must be suspended for six months, since the document may lead to the disruption of grain exports from the country, head of the Ukrainian Grain Association Volodymyr Klymenko told press-conference, ForUm correspondent reports.

According to the President of the Ukrainian Grain Association, this resolution of the Cabinet leads to corruption on the roads. 

Klymenko said that in the current season Ukraine is to export a record amount of grain - 29 million tons. However, he said, it is impossible to provide the volume of traffic by rail due to lack of grain carriers. Klymenko stressed that because of this problem, 36% of the grain for export delivered by road in the last season.

"Farmers and grain growers want the road transport to be unblocked," he said.
