The Education and Science Ministry of Ukraine requires undelayable issuance of bachelor's, associate's diplomas and certificates of secondary education in higher educational institutions of I-IV accreditation levels of all forms of ownership and subordination. Deputy education and science minister Borys Zhebrovski says in letter to heads of higher education institutions, posted on the official website of the department.
"In connection with the numerous complaints from graduates of the 2012/2013 academic year about delay in issuance of the bachelor's, associate's diplomas and certificates of secondary education, which makes it impossible for them to further their education in higher education institutions, the Ministry requires urgently provide issuance of the documents in connection with the expiration of their submission to the enrolment boards of higher education institutions," the document says.
