In Ukraine, the number of statements of appeal received from the participants of external independent testing (EIT) has decreased by 2.5 times, director of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment Iryna Zaitseva told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
"According to preliminary calculations, 0.39% of the participants have used their right to appeal, while 0.92% did it last year. So, this year, we have received almost by 2.5 times less statements of appeal than past year," she said.
In general, according to Zaitseva, this year, 4060 statements of appeal have been submitted to the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment, while last year - 10.5 thousand.
According to the director of the center, there are few reasons for this trend, including more responsible attitude of applicants to filing statements of appeal and improvement of the content of test tasks.
