As of today, Ukraine has no problems with the storage of grain, first deputy agrarian policy and food minister Ivan Bisiuk told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.

"As of today, the certified warehouses can store about 35-36 million tons of grain. But there are non-certified warehouses, which can store grain as well," he said.

Bisiuk said that for 2012-2013, 8.2 million tons of grain were exported to the EU countries, while to Egypt - 3.4 million tons, Saudi Arabia - 1.4 million, Israel - 1.3 million, Libya - about 1 million, Tunisia - 635 thousand, Syria - 850 thousand, Morocco - 800 thousand, Lebanon - almost 500 thousand and Jordan - 484 thousand tons of grain. "In total, 22 million 819 thousand tons were exported," he stressed.
