Secretary of the Kyiv City Council Halyna Hereha closed session of the Council.
She announced this after resumption of the meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"I declare the 11th plenary meeting of the sixth convocation closed. I want to thank everyone for their work in plenary year. It was not easy, but fruitful," she said.
After that Hereha, deputies from the opposition, who blocked the rostrum and other deputies sang the National Anthem.
