Secretary of the Kyiv City Council Halyna Hereha opened the meeting of the Kyiv City Council, ForUm correspondent reports.
Meanwhile, the Berkut representatives allowed only deputies to enter the plenary meeting room. Most of the journalists accredited to the meeting of Kyiv City Council were pushed back by police officers and remained outside the institution, as well as assistants of deputies.
