Protesters scuffled with security guards near the entrance to the Kyiv City Council, ForUm correspondent reports.
In the morning, about 500 activists of the Batkivshchyna, UDAR and Svoboda parties and several public organizations have gathered near the city council.
MPs from the opposition are also present at the rally.
Now a detachment of the "Berkut" specialforces is trying to push the protesters back from the council.
