Ten large processing centers for vehicle recycling will be established in Ukraine following the entry into force of the vehicle recycling tax, MP Tariel Vasadze said in interview.
"More than 150 waste metal collection points will be set up. There old cars will be dismantled, sorted and stored. In addition, about 10 major processing centers will be set up. In Europe, one such center costs about 7 million euros," Vasadze added.
According to him, the primary capital for the establishment of centers will be formed out of the money, which domestic and foreign manufacturers will transfer to the state budget.
"Importers will pay money at the border, and domestic manufacturers - will invest in infrastructure establishment," he said
