The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the second reading a government bill "On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding transfer pricing."
As ForUm correspondent reported, 231 MPs voted for making appropriate changes to the Tax Code.
The explanatory note to the bill states that the current tax law cannot ensure effective regulation of transfer pricing in Ukraine.
