Makeyenko: Voting on CEC conducted within Rules

Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Rules, MP from the Party of Regions Volodymyr Makeyenko believes that today's vote on resignation of Volodymyr Shapoval from the post of head of the Central Election Commission and appointment of Oleksandr Kopylenko as a member of the CEC was legitimate and carried out in accordance with the Rules, despite the fact that speaker of Parliament Volodymyr Rybak put these issues to the vote not from his workplace, he told reporters on the sidelines, ForUm correspondent reports.

In addition, Makeyenko noted that the decisions on voting in another room were not adopted. We see that the Verkhovna Rada is working. And everything goes according to the Rules.
