MP from the Party of Regions, representative of the President in the Parliament Yuri Miroshnichenko said that the factions have no common decision regarding the speech of President Viktor Yanukovych at the closing session of the Verkhovna Rada.
"So far the Parliament does not show readiness and willingness to listen to the President. There is discussion among the factions... The President is ready to speak if there is a collective decision on inviting him," Miroshnichenko said and added that so far there is no such decision.
The closing session of the Parliament is scheduled for Friday, July 5
