Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Jan Tombinsky expressed his desire to meet with leaders of parliamentary factions in Ukraine this week.

Tombinsky plans to ask the Ukrainian politicians to hasten with the adoption of a number of bills.

"Parliament should pass a law on discrimination, laws, which provide for the establishment of administrative agencies to fight corruption and protection of personal data," he told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.

The diplomat also plans to discuss with the leaders of the factions the action plan on the liberalization of the visa regime between Ukraine and the EU.

In turn, present at the press conference Ambassador of Lithuania in Ukraine Petras Vaytekunas added that he sees several obstacles, having overcome which Ukraine will sign the Association Agreement with the EU.

"It is very important for the Parliament to pass amendments to the law on justice. Judicial reform is a must, Ukraine needs to show that this branch of the government is not being controlled," he said.
