The European Union has asked Ukraine to hasten the adoption of laws necessary to enter the second phase of the action plan on visa liberalization with the EU, head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Jan Tombinsky told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
He reminded that according to the EU conditions, the laws should be taken before the Vilnius summit in November.
Tombinsky is worried whether Ukraine has enough time to take all the necessary documents.
"Ukraine may failure to pass bills, so the Parliament must use effectively its time to work on the European legislation," he said.
