Event in Mykolayiv region will not lead to dismissal of interior minister Vitaliy Zakharchenko, MP from the Party of Regions faction Volodymyr Oliynyk told journalists, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Grounds (for dismissal - Ed.) arise when there is no adequate response. The minister showed adequate reaction. He dismissed senior police management in the region. Prosecutor General dismissed district prosecutor for the improper control, perhaps, he did it right - now there is an official investigation," Oliynyk said.
He added that Zakharchenko can not be held personally responsible for the work of all police officers in Ukraine.
