Heads of all parliamentary factions should determine the date for holding elections in Kyiv today, at the meeting with speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak.
"We’ll review the election date at the meeting today. I want all the factions to coordinate their actions," Rybak told a briefing after the conciliation board, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, all the factions agree that the elections in Kyiv should be held. "However, the date has to be agreed on. After we agree it, we’ll consider the bill this week, any day," speaker said.
