The State Statistics Service of Ukraine released data on disease incidence among Ukrainian population for the years 1990-2012. Thus, the number of newly registered disease cases in the previous year decreased by 1.219 thousand - up to 321.162 thousand

According to statistics, over the past 22 years, number of diseases of nervous and respiratory systems has reduced. In addition, number of injuries, poisoning and other external factors influence has decreased.
At the same time, the number of detected lesions, diseases of the circulatory system, the genitourinary system, and congenital anomalies has increased.
