From July 1, 2013, the functions of registration of legal persons and natural persons-entrepreneurs will be delegated to the State Registration Service.
From July 1, unified standards of business registration will be in Ukraine with relevant control of the quality of state registrars and the registration terms. However, the transfer will be maximum convenient and comfortable for business. The majority of state registrars will be located in the same premises, where people got accustomed to see them. However, simultaneously, over two to three months the country will be looking for new and more comfortable premises for registration, Ukrinform reports.

A special registration web portal has been working currently, with the help of which everyone wishing, having a key of the electronic digital signature, can register business without leaving one's home.
According to the State Register of Ukraine, currently, over 100 thousand economic entities have been registered in Ukraine.
