A plane with bodies of killed climbers Ihor Sverhun, Dmytro Koniaev and Badavi Kashaev aboard has landed in Kharkiv.
The plane from Islamabad landed at the Kharkiv International Airport at 2.37 a.m. on June 28, 2013, Interfax informed.
The survived climbers of the expedition, which was to conquer Nanga Parbat – climbers from Kharkiv Oleksandr Zakolodny and Daniil Yaseniuk, were also aboard the plane.
Sportsmen from the Kharkiv Climbing Club, relatives and friends of the killed climbers and survivors met the plane.
The funerals of the climbers from Kharkiv will take place on Sunday, June 30.
