Former deputy chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Skipalsky stated that the security services have all the necessary technical capabilities to listen to the citizens of Ukraine that are of interest to them both within the country and abroad, he told a press conference.
"If the goal is set, there are technical capabilities of listening. At every step, we know that our citizens are listened to here and abroad. It all depends on whether it is of interest to special services or not," he said.
At the same time, Skipalsky stressed that 99.9% of Ukrainian citizens are not of interest to the security services, as they are law-abiding.
