Provision of advance payment by the Russian Gazprom to the Naftogaz of Ukraine for the gas transit through Ukrainian territory until 2015 is a common practice, spokesman of Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov Vitaliy Lukyanenko stated.
"Provision of such advance is a usual process. It is provided every year, this there is nothing unusual," he said.
