Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has signed a decree to appoint head of the Penta center for applied political studies Volodymyr Fesenko as a member of the Constitutional Assembly (by consent).
A Friday posting on the president’s web site reads that by the same decree the President dismissed doctor of law Viktor Musiyaka from the Constitutional Assembly.
