Revenues and Duties Ministry of Ukraine initiated the adoption of legislation that will greatly facilitate the process of opening own business in the country, deputy head of the Ministry Viktor Levytsky said during the Hour of questions to the government, answering the question of deputies about measures that are provided for business and deregulation in Ukraine, ForUm correspondent reports
The deputy minister reminded that a bill №2045-a has been already developed and is in the Parliament, the adoption of which will greatly facilitate the opening of one's own business, particularly in the matter of receiving the certificate of VAT payer.
According to Levytsky, since 2011 a work to reduce the tax rate on income has been carried out, and in 2014, the VAT is planned to be reduced to 17%.
