Pothole repair of public roads will be completed by the end of June, infrastructure minister Volodymyr Kozak declared, speaking in Parliament during the Hour of questions to the government, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, the information in media that patching of 98% of public roads has long been completed is incorrect, because it concerns only about 23 state roads of strategic importance.
Kozak noted that the main roads are almost completely repaired.
At the same time, he complained that many roads in Ukraine were built in the 60's and 70's and require a thorough overhaul.
According to him, all repairing works are funded in full.
