The Verkhovna Rada failed to denounce the agreement between Ukraine and Russia on issues of stay of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Ukraine, ForUm correspondent reports.
Only 152 deputies voted for the bill, which was submitted by deputy from the Fatherland faction Volodymyr Yavorivsky.
According to first vice speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Ihor Kaletnyk, the bill was rejected.
