At today's meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, members of the government will consider changes to the legislation that improve the system of maintenance payment, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov stated, opening the session of the Cabinet of Ministers, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Today, the ministers will consider the changes to the legislation aimed at improving the procedures for execution of court decisions in the interests of children. Their adoption will improve the procedures for considering cases concerning the return of legitimate rights of children and will improve the procedure for collecting child support," Azarov said.
According to him, this will create conditions for the implementation of Ukraine's international obligations.
