In 2013, the GDP growth in Ukraine will amount to 1-1.5%, finance minister Yuriy Kolobov told the international business conference ABC: Ukraine & Partners, ForUm correspondent reports.

"You know that our economy is largely in the shadows. Over the last two years, the tax rates have fallen, and revenues have grown, even though these two vectors must be parallel. We must encourage businesses by such innovations that our economy could come out of the shadow," he said.

The minister noted that the country is able to implement the planned revenues.

He said that as of June 13, the budget deficit of the Naftogaz of Ukraine decreased by 30% compared to the same period in 2012.
