The official said that the Ukrainian party supports the statement of the Turkish ambassador, and as stated earlier, is willing to hold further consultations with Ankara, adopting additional security measures within the framework of the right to free transportation of liquefied gas, provided by the Montreux Convention of 1936. "In addition, a comment of Turkish Ambassador to Ukraine Mehmet Samsara contains no statement about the impossibility of passing the LNG-tankers through the Turkish Straits, as it was incorrectly interpreted," Kaskiv said.

He also added that Ukraine is one of the most dynamic economies in Europe with great development potential. "The Cabinet identified priority areas for foreign investors, which are highlighted in the national projects - for example “LNG-terminal”, “Air Express”," Kaskiv said.

According to him, each national project is designed to create a new sub-branches and even whole sectors of the economy and improve the existing ones, to deal with important socio-economic problems and to ensure the sustainable development of the country. "National projects enjoy a special support from the state and run under the patronage of the President," the chairman of the State Agency for Investment and National Projects stressed.
