President Viktor Yanukovych demands the State Development Fund to start working at full capacity in 2014, he said, speaking at a meeting of the Committee on Economic Reforms, ForUm correspondent reports.
"I would like that the 20-year history of this fund will complete with a victory, and I hope it will eventually start working. As builders are waiting," he said.
The President stressed that the fund will allow allocating funds for regional development.
The President also noted that the media has often information about high class apartments in ministries and departments. "While toilets and bathrooms do not work in the hospitals, or ceilings and balconies fall down. No one needs such work. Do not wait till the sky falls," the President said indignantly.
