Representatives of the opposition promise to keep quiet during a speech of President Viktor Yanukovych in the Parliament, leader of the Batkivschyna faction Arseniy Yatseniuk told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We addressed the President and said that there will be no obstruction in the Parliament. We offered the following format: the President addresses the Parliament, then he listens to speeches of all leaders of the factions. If this format is agreed, it will be the first step towards a public dialogue of the opposition with government. Of course, it will be necessary to unblock the Parliament," Yatseniuk noted.
