The majority does not conduct any negotiations with the opposition to unblock the Verkhovna Rada, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"There are no reasons to conduct negotiations with people who do not initiate any compromises," he said.
Yefremov criticized once again the opposition for nonconstructivity. "I want to emphasize that yesterday due to the actions of the opposition we did not adopt a very important bill on amendments to the state budget, which compensates payment of the population for public utility services (tariff difference - Ed.) ... And there is a prerequisite to stop water utilities in summer," he said.
